RESPONDE’s team of volunteers is made up of professionals from various backgrounds that form the basis of the organization. RESPONDE’s volunteering work is focused on social promotion. It is guided by responsibility and commitment to the mission of the association, and it aims at generating a series of projects to promote changes for the benefit of the communities at risk. To us, a volunteer is any person capable of assuming responsibilities and willing to share their knowledge out of solidarity and for an altruistic purpose.
Through the Human Resources area, RESPONDE wishes to come into contact with those who are willing to work for the benefit of the country, leaving aside political, religious or sectarian interests.

RESPONDE’s organizational culture is based on “professional work of solidarity done by volunteers committed to the responsibilities assumed”.
OUR ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The organization is made up of a Steering Committee, an Executive Director and two main areas –the area of Projects and the area of Organizational Support.
Our team is made up of professionals from different backgrounds, who work on a volunteer basis.

To promote friendly relations and mutual cooperation among volunteers.
To offer volunteers the opportunity to grow and develop professionally and gain experience as they put their theoretical and academic knowledge into practice.
To provide opportunities for volunteers to exercise fundamental competences such as creativity, teamwork, interpersonal skills, initiative, boldness, among others.
To enhance volunteers' skills by helping them obtain scholarships and offering courses, seminars and workshops based on the interests and needs identified by the Human Resources area.
