In order to draw the attention of the country on the issue, we organized a national scale photo contest in 2003 on the theme "Villages at risk of disappearing in Argentina".
The rewarded photos selected by a jury have been published in the following book:

"Village Memories" (“Recuerdos de Pueblo”) starts with a prologue by Luis Landriscina who, as a former inhabitant of a small rural village, knows the issue well and strongly supports the recovery process. Selected photos appear along with quotes of Argentine poets and a brief description of who we are and RESPONDE’s project.
